Class 47 locomotives are fitted with a Sulzer 12LDA28-C power unit originally rated at 2,700bhp, but later de-rated to 2,580bhp.
This detailed model of a Class 47 power unit is intended to be used in depot/workshop or scrapyard scenes on your layout.
Supplied unpainted, a light coat of primer is recommended before painting as desired to suit your layout.
