Detailed Pipes and Cables for a Class 55 Deltic Locomotive - OO Gauge (SET 40)

This set of brake, steam heat pipes and ETH cables is enough for both ends of one Class 55 Deltic Locomotive, the UNPAINTED pack includes:-

2 - Vacuum Hoses with hose dummy bracket (VAC)
2 - Air Brake Pipes (BP)
4 - Main Reservoir Air Pipes (MRP)
4 - MRP Mounting Pieces (to fit under buffer beam)
2 - Steam Heat Pipes (S/H)
2 - ETH (Electric Train Heating) Jumper Cables
2 - ETH (Electric Train Heating) Receptacles
2 - Coupling Protection Frames (to fit under buffer beam)
2 - Dummy Screw Couplings / Coupling Hooks

Notes:-

• There may have been variations between members of the Class 55 fleet in pipe configurations, fitting and placement; therefore it is recommended to refer to photographs of the real thing when fitting these parts.
• All pipes have a 0.7mm peg that can be fitted into a drilled hole in the buffer beam, alternatively the peg can be cut-off and the pipe attached with a small amount of adhesive.
• These parts are delicate and may not be suitable for use with couplings fitted, especially on tighter radius curves.
• The pipes are supplied unpainted, please refer to pictures for typical colours.
• Top-Tip - use a light coat of white primer first, and paint the pipes before removing them from the sprue.
